Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assure all materials used by servers are clean and ready for service
- Fill and refill water glasses and remove all dishes and setting when finished by guests
- Clears and resets tables when guests leave including: tablecloths, silverware, napkins and glasses
- Assist servers and kitchen by arranging food tickets, checking plates and running food to correct table
- Set up food stations or set up dining areas
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up server station, and taking out trash
- Hosts will greet guests at the door in a polite and courteous manner.
