Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Check out guests in and out at the desk
- Be their point of contact, assisting with any questions they may have
- Answer in-house phone calls
- Issuing room keys, ID card and resort information
- Works closely with housekeeping to ensure prompt check-in/out process
- Performs accurate cash handling and credit control
- Maintains knowledge of room types, room and package rates and availability
- Maintains awareness of daily activities and meetings by review of the event schedule
