Weekend Cabin Preparation Team Member

Join our team at Towering Pines Resort, a family-owned lakeside property known for its clean, comfortable cabins and welcoming guest experience. We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented team members to help prepare cabins for arriving guests during our busy summer season.

Position Overview
As part of our Cabin Preparation Team, you’ll play a key role in creating a great first impression for our guests. Our changeover days are fast-paced and team-driven, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare cabins between guest stays
- Make beds and handle linens
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Restock supplies and check for completeness
- Work as part of a team to meet timelines on turnover days
Schedule
- Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday)
- Must be available July 4th week/weekend
- Additional shifts may be available during peak season
Compensation
- $18/hour (youth starting wage)
- $20-25/hour (experienced staff)
- $27-30/hour (lead roles)
