SUMMARY:
Assist resort guests with all resort activities, including campfires, tubing, and bingo. May assist with all marina activities, including boat preparation, tubing, fishing, and pontoon cruises. Perform outstanding guest service on a daily basis. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.
Implement activities schedule.
Assists guests with registering for activities through Maestro and POS software.
Staff activities office.
Ensures both adult and children guest’s satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
Ensure safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all resort and marina activities.
Make sure relevant paperwork is completed and turned in along with daily drop if any.
Foster positive working relationships and communication with all departments.
Assists in marina and event services as needed.
Any and all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
CPR, First Aid, and Boating/Water Safety certification preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass Ruttger’s background check;
Valid Driver’s License.
Stand; walk; sit; kneel; lift; push; pull; reach with arms and hands; move objects weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
