Landscape Construction Crew Leaders and Assistants

Join our outdoor team! We are looking for Crew Leaders and Assistants to help build and install beautiful landscape projects. If you enjoy working outside and seeing a project come together from start to finish, this is the place for you.

We provide full, on-the-job training. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to learn.
 
What the Job Looks Like
You will work outdoors to install a variety of landscape designs. Depending on your role, your tasks will include:

• Project Installation: Building and installing high-quality landscapes at a steady, efficient pace.
• Teamwork: Working together to solve problems on-site and hit daily goals.
• Leadership (For Crew Leaders): Planning the day, supervising a 2-3 person crew, delegating tasks, and making sure the work meets our professional standards.

 
What We’re Looking For
We want team members who are:

• Reliable: You show up on time with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Good Communicators: You can take directions well and keep the team organized.
• Drivers (For Crew Leaders): A current driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for lead positions.
