Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to complete and pass a clean DHS background study and fingerprinting
- Must demonstrate basic communication and teamwork skills
- Must be reliable, positive, and willing to learn
All required trainings are provided, including:
- CPR
- First Aid
- Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
- Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS)
- Additional DHS-required childcare trainings
- On‑the‑job training
- Skill development in communication, classroom support, and child interaction
- A supportive team environment
- Opportunities to grow within the childcare field
