We are looking for seasonal help in our Brainerd office, where both Advantage Seamless Gutters and Neumann Construction are headquartered. Job duties include answering inbound calls from current and potential clients and contractors, booking estimates, scheduling service calls, and answering inquiries related to our many services. Outbound calls include making scheduling calls for upcoming installations and follow-up calls to ensure we delivered excellent products and services to customers. Scanning and filing of job forms, drawings, and customer information, plus office cleaning and stocking. Various other tasks as assigned and in accordance with aptitude. This is a good opportunity to become familiar with a busy office setting with its various administrative functions and gain valuable experience assisting customers. Must be 16 years of age or older Must have reliable transportation to and from work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM position! Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with performance-based increase potential.
