A Physical /Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. PHYSICAL THERAPIST DESCRIPTION
Dress needs to be appropriate - no torn or worn out jeans, flip flops or low cut tops - must wear socks and no artificial nails.

Job shadows are available to high school students to further investigate the options of a given career field. Students spend part of a day with a group or an individual knowledgeable about the profession of interest.
